1. Describe what is arriving
Share your SKU list, unit and carton counts, pallet dimensions and expected arrival date. Tell us whether the freight is palletized or floor loaded, and flag fragile products, lot codes or expiration dates. For ocean freight, ask about our container receiving services.
2. Map the outbound orders
Send monthly order volume, sales channels, average items per order and packaging requirements. Customer parcels belong in an order fulfillment plan; stock headed into Amazon needs an FBA prep plan. Tell us if you need both so replenishment and customer orders are planned together.
3. Compare the full scope
Review receiving, storage, picking, packaging, special prep and carrier charges together. A per-order handling fee alone is not the delivered cost. Use our pricing overview to prepare questions, then request a quote for your product mix and shipping profile.
