Pick and pack is priced per order. The first unit has its own rate and each additional unit in the same order costs less, so a three-item order is not billed as three orders. Storage is billed per pallet per month, shipping runs on our negotiated UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL rates, and there is no minimum order volume. Pick and pack is the warehouse work inside order fulfillment: the right units off the shelf, into the right box and onto a carrier the same day. What is pick, pack and ship fulfillment?
Pick, pack and ship is the warehouse side of ecommerce fulfillment. When a customer places an order, we pick the units from the shelf, pack them in a box or mailer with any packing materials and inserts, and ship on the carrier you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL). Orders in by 2 PM CT ship the same day with 99.9% accuracy, and tracking is pushed back to your store automatically.

What is a pick and pack warehouse?
A warehouse set up to ship individual orders rather than full pallets. Inventory is stored by SKU, each order is picked from its location, checked and packed at a pack station with the right box and inserts, then labeled and handed to a carrier. Ours is a 40,000 sq ft facility in Houston that runs pick and pack next to pallet storage, FBA prep and kitting, so the same stock can ship as single orders, Amazon shipments or retail pallets.

How much does pick and pack cost?
Pick and pack is charged per order: the first unit has its own price and each additional unit in the same order costs less. Most orders land between $2.50 and $5.00 depending on item count and packaging, so a single item in a poly mailer costs less than a multi-item order in a custom box with inserts. Storage and shipping are billed separately, with no hidden fees.

How fast do you process orders?
Orders in by 2 PM CT are picked, packed and shipped the same business day. Orders that arrive after the cutoff ship first thing the next morning, so most orders leave our Houston warehouse within 24 hours.

What's your order accuracy rate?
99.9%. Every order is barcode-verified at each step of the pick, pack and ship process: units are scanned as they are picked and checked against the order at the pack station before the box is sealed.

What carriers do you ship with?
USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, on rates negotiated across our pooled client volume that typically run 15 to 30% below a brand's own account. You can also ship on your own carrier accounts.

Do you offer pick and pack services across Texas?
Yes. Everything ships from our Houston warehouse at 9100 Galveston Rd. Ground reaches most of Texas the next day and most of the country in 2 to 3 days, and brands in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio send inventory to our dock by LTL overnight or the same day.

Is there a minimum order volume?
No. There is no minimum order volume and no minimum pallet count, so a brand shipping a few hundred orders a month runs on the same line, with the same cutoff and the same scan checks, as one shipping thousands.

Do you handle returns?
Yes. Full returns management. We receive returns, inspect them, restock sellable units, and handle disposal of damaged products.

Can you include inserts or samples in orders?
Yes. Thank-you cards, discount codes, product samples and branded inserts are stored with your inventory and added at the pack station during packing.
