What is the Asfar Distribution client portal?+
It's a real-time dashboard for clients of Asfar Distribution to submit inbound and outbound work orders, upload supporting files (BOLs, labels, packing instructions), comment on shipments, and watch every status change live as our warehouse team processes their orders. It replaces the email chains, WhatsApp threads, and spreadsheets that most 3PLs run on.
Do I have to pay to use the portal?+
No. The portal is included with every Asfar Distribution account at no extra cost. If you're an active or prospective client, you can register for free at app.asfardistribution.com/get-started.
Does the portal integrate with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, or my other sales channels?+
Yes. The portal sits alongside our direct integrations with Shopify, Amazon (FBA + FBM), Walmart, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Squarespace, and Wix. Your sales channels push orders into our system automatically; the portal is where you give us special instructions, upload files, and track work that doesn't come through a sales channel — like inbound receipts and FBA prep batches.
What can I do in the portal?+

How fast can I get set up?+
Self-service signup takes about two minutes. Once your account is approved by our team (usually same day during business hours), you can submit your first order immediately.
Where is my data hosted, and is it secure?+
The portal runs on Vercel with a Neon Postgres database, password-based authentication (scrypt-hashed), and HTTPS everywhere. Your order data, files, and comments are isolated per client account and only accessible to your team and ours.
