I sell both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items. How does that work?
We fulfill your ready-to-ship inventory from stock, same-day. For made-to-order pieces, you make the item in your studio and either ship it to us for branded pack-out and dispatch, or ship it direct while we handle everything stocked. Many Etsy sellers run exactly this split.

Is a 3PL worth it for a small Etsy shop?
The honest threshold is order volume eating your making time. If you spend more hours packing than producing, or trips to the post office cap how many listings you can run, fulfillment is the bottleneck. We take shops at that stage without high minimums, and our discounted commercial shipping rates offset much of the fee.
