At what point is it worth handing Wix fulfillment to a 3PL?

Do my customers still get their Wix shipping notifications?
Yes, and they get them sooner. When we ship, we write the tracking number and carrier back to the order in Wix, which marks it fulfilled and fires the notification your store already sends. Your customer sees the same branded email from you, it just arrives the day they ordered instead of whenever you next get to the packing table.

I also sell on Amazon and eBay through Wix. Does the stock stay right?
That is exactly the case a 3PL fixes. Wix can sync your catalog out to marketplaces, but the inventory is only trustworthy if one place actually knows how many units exist. We hold your stock in one physical pool and push that count to Wix, so a unit sold on eBay is a unit no longer offered on your site. Overselling on a shared pool is the most common failure we get called in to clean up.

My products have a lot of variants. Is that a problem?
No. We store and pick at the variant level, so a shirt in four colors and five sizes is twenty distinct locations in our warehouse, not one bin someone has to dig through. Pick accuracy runs 99.9 percent, and variant-heavy catalogs are where that number earns its keep, because size and color mix-ups are the errors customers notice immediately.

Can I still send my own packaging and inserts?
Yes. Send us your boxes, mailers, tissue, cards, or stickers and we pack to your written spec. If you would rather not carry that cost early on, we can start with clean unbranded packaging and add your materials once volume justifies the print run. Plenty of Wix stores start plain and upgrade in month three.
