PALLETIZATION
How Palletization Works at Our Houston Warehouse
Most palletization and storage searches in Houston end at two vendors: one to build the pallets and one to keep them. We do both on the same floor, so goods go from the truck to a labeled, racked, counted pallet in one shift, with no second freight leg in between.

What Climate-Controlled Pallet Storage Costs Per Pallet
Climate-controlled pallet storage here is $15 to $40 per pallet per month, the same band as any other pallet, because the whole storage floor is conditioned and there is nothing to surcharge. Most quotes in the market land between roughly $20 and $60 a month, and the gap is almost always about what the rate quietly excludes.

On the Gulf Coast the phrase does a lot of hidden work. Plenty of Houston and Texas warehouses market a temperature-controlled warehouse and mean an air conditioned front office bolted to a metal building that runs past 100F over the racks in August. Before you compare two per-pallet rates, ask whether the conditioned area is the storage floor or one partitioned room, whether it is held year round or only through summer, and whether receiving and put-away are inside the rate or billed on top. Two quotes that look 20 dollars apart often are not.
Worth saying plainly: this is climate-controlled ambient storage, not cold storage. We do not run refrigerated coolers or freezers. Supplements, cosmetics, packaged food, electronics, and consumer goods that simply need to stay out of the heat and humidity belong here. Anything that needs 35F or below belongs in a cold-chain facility, and we would rather say that before your freight ships than after. FDA-registered warehousing covers the lot and expiration side for regulated product.

The two words describe how your goods arrive, not where they end up. It changes the first invoice, not the monthly rate, and most brands guess wrong about which one they are.
