How much does 3PL fulfillment cost?

It depends on your product dimensions, order volume, storage needs, and services required. Your quote is fully customized — we'll break down every line item so you know exactly what you're paying for. No ballpark guesses, just real numbers based on your business.

Are there minimum order requirements?

We work with brands shipping as few as 200 orders per month up to 10,000+. There's no minimum to get started, but our pricing is most competitive for brands doing 500+ orders monthly.

Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?

No. Onboarding, integration setup, and account configuration are all included. We want to make switching to Asfar as frictionless as possible.

How does billing work?

We invoice monthly with a detailed breakdown of every charge — receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping. No surprises. You'll also have access to real-time cost tracking in your WMS dashboard.

Can I use my own carrier accounts?

Yes. You can use our negotiated rates (which are usually cheaper) or bring your own UPS, FedEx, or USPS accounts. We'll work with whatever setup saves you the most.

What if my volume changes seasonally?

Our pricing flexes with your business. You only pay for what you use — no penalties for slow months, and we scale up seamlessly during peak season (Q4, Prime Day, etc.).

How do you handle returns?

Returns processing is included in our standard service. We receive, inspect, and restock returned items. For brands with high return volumes, we can set up a custom returns workflow.

How quickly can I get started?

Most brands are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days. We handle integration setup, receive your initial inventory, and start shipping orders — fast.
