Not every channel has a card on this page. These are the three ways a store, an ERP or a retail program connects to our Houston warehouse, and all three run on the same inventory as your ecommerce orders.

The retail side of EDI, from routing guide compliance and retailer labels to pallet builds and LTL or FTL booking, is covered under B2B fulfillment on our order fulfillment page. Orders that arrive by CSV or a custom connection are tracked in the client portal like any other channel.

Do you work with Ecwid stores?
Yes. Ecwid connects through a custom API integration: new orders flow into our warehouse management system as they are placed, and tracking numbers and stock levels go back to your store. If an API connection does not fit, CSV order upload works from day one. We confirm the method during the quote, before any inventory ships to Houston.

Can you handle EDI for Walmart or Target suppliers?
Yes. EDI connections for B2B and retail are one of our setup options. Retail purchase orders come in by EDI, we pick case packs or build pallets to the retailer's routing guide, apply the retailer's carton and pallet labels, book the LTL or FTL pickup from our Houston dock, and send the ship notice back. Wholesale and ecommerce orders draw from the same inventory counts.

What if my platform is not listed?
Ask us. Carts and ERPs with an order API connect through a custom integration, and anything without one can run on CSV order upload. Listed platforms are usually connected within 24 hours; custom API and EDI connections are scoped during the quote.

Do I need a developer to connect my store?
No. For the platforms above you approve access with an API key or an app login, and we handle the technical side. Custom API and EDI connections are set up by our team.

Can one inventory pool serve Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and wholesale orders?
Yes. Every channel draws from one pool of inventory in our Houston warehouse, and counts update across all of them in real time, so a unit that sells on one channel is not still for sale on another.
