FBA and FBM run off one inventory pool. Plenty of Amazon sellers use both: FBA for fast movers, FBM for oversized, slow-moving or high-value SKUs, and for overflow when FBA capacity limits cap what you can send in. We hold your stock in Houston, ship FBM orders from it, and prep FBA replenishment from the same shelves, with FNSKU labels, polybagging, bundling and box content handled by our FBA prep center. Yes, and it saves moving stock between providers. We hold one pool of inventory in Houston, ship FBM orders from it, and prep FBA replenishment from the same shelves: FNSKU labels, polybagging, bundling, box content and shipment creation. When FBA capacity limits cap what you can send in, the overflow keeps selling as FBM instead of sitting idle.

Most FBA prep is finished within 24 to 48 hours of your inventory arriving, FNSKU labeling starts at $0.50 per unit, and there are no minimums. Larger shipments or complex prep can take slightly longer.

Yes. Our warehouse is in Houston at 9100 Galveston Rd. Sellers in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio send inventory to our dock by LTL overnight or the same day, and importers route containers to us through Port Houston.
